New federal law affects how overdraft services are provided for your account.
Because of a new federal law that becomes effective July 1, 2010, we will no longer pay overdrafts for ATM or everyday debit card transactions unless you authorize us to do so. We have mailed out the notices requiring your authorization. Please sign it and return it promptly to allow us to continue providing this valuable service. Without authorization, your overdrafts will STOP being paid. |
